Aly, as always, I had a great time taking photos of you. I love your carefree-ness (yes, I made that word up) and how you exude a love of life. All the best as you finish your Senior year and enter your next life adventure!
At the time they're happening, you think you'll always remember those special moments. But the reality is that our memories fade with time. What I love about photography is that you can capture those special moments, occasions, fun times, adorable ages - and savor them for a long time to come...and I love to be the "saver" of those moments for others. Welcome to my blog. Thanks for letting me share my photography...my life...my thoughts. Please feel free to leave me your thoughts as well!

Aly - Class of 2013
Aly has been preparing for her senior photo session for a very long time, making my job a breeze because she had locations, wardrobe and props all prepared. It doesn't hurt that she's super photogenic and looks adorable in every shot! You may remember Aly from my styled shoot last Spring - she's great at the modeling thing. Aly has such a fun personality and sense of adventure, so she was up for trying just about anything to get the photos we wanted...including rushing out to sit in the middle of the street between stoplights!

Meet little Cooper
You first met Cooper a few posts ago when he was still in the oven. Now that he's done baking he's just cuter than ever! I just wanted to keep snapping pictures of him because every one was so adorable, and looking at them now makes me want to hug and kiss him.
I think he has that same effect on his parents.
Such a little sugar bear...

Through a child's eyes - little miss Kaydence
The fall colors were beautiful but they seemed to come and go so quickly, didn't they? Luckily for me, taking photos of miss Kaydence gave me an opportunity to enjoy the season and to watch her experience her first fall - or at least the first one in which she could run and play in the leaves. It's true what they say about things being extra special through a child's eyes. Enjoy some favorites from the day.
